 Shipping:

All orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 2-3 business days of purchase (though I ask for a little extra time during holiday seasons!) Prior to checking out, please verify that all billing and shipping information is accurate, as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order.

*Helvey Handmade is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Although I wish I could, I cannot control the USPS :) Please make sure you have the correct shipping address entered at checkout.

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the fact that each bow is hand-crafted, I am currently not accepting returns or exchanges. However, I stand by my product and want every customer to be 100% satisfied. Therefore, if there is an issue with your order and Helvey Handmade is at fault, please contact me and I will work hard to make sure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction!
